New output formats?

Would be very nice to be able to specify the output format directly instead of re-encoding it afterwards. I tried installing from source, but msys2 (and other distributions) no longer include prebuilt python2 packages, and my poor PC isn't up to building them (my iGPU is barely good enough for running butterflow on short videos, a 300 frame video caused it to crash until I rebooted)
