Request: Remove notification for LockMechanism

Is there a way to add a notification option for LockMechanism ?

Every time a request is sent to open a door it sends notifications to everyone, which is a bit frustrating.
It would be great to have this as an option. I've seen in the HomeKit doc that it is possible however I don't know if it's supported by homebridge.
At the moment I have the Lock set as a switch but that's not ideal.

I would do a PR but am not really familiar with HomeKit and homebridge. If someone can push me in the right direction (documentation wise) I would gladly do it.

At least in the latest version of iOS (17), you can mute notifications on a per-user basis. Open the lock's settings in the Home app and click on "Status and Notifications," then turn off Activity Notifications.

This is the only way that I personally know of to turn off notifications, and it unfortunately must be done by each user rather than globally.
