Whoever does this should be careful with:

  1. What happens when someone is thanking @duckbot as I do not think it should thumbs up something that it responds to with "don't thank me"
  2. Given 1 above, don't react to itself (or maybe it should, idk, something to think about).
  3. Careful on the variations. Things like "thank god" prob shouldn't be reacted to as it's not really a "thanks" variation.
