This would make it easier for navigating the channels.

See for example the usage of the ID here:

f"Challenge `{name}` has been added! React to this message to work on <#{chan.id}>!"

Whilst we only use the channel name in various places:

f'{self.team.mention} :tada: "{self.name}" has been completed by {mentions}!',
