Currently all CTF related channels go into the shared Working and Done categories. We should implement so that each CTF get their own categories (i.e. <ctf name>-working and <ctf name>-done).

We can either continue using the current archiving logic (Archive-0, Archive-1, etc.) or create a separate category for that as well.
