Depends on #8494 #8493

When breaking compatibility - i.e. making title and mime_type mandatory - we should also :

enforce the check on parent_id , which can be null iff parents.length is 1 ( https://github.com/dust-tt/dust/pull/9261/files#r1880230852 ), so enforcing valid value for parent_id
rename parents to parent_ids
