If it changed your theme

Installations prior to March 28th could accidentally change your desktop colorscheme. This command can set it back to normal: gsettings reset org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme

To fix it the right way, you can delete ~/.config/xdg-desktop-portal/portals.conf, git pull, and run the install script again. Previously pikeru provided a new config, but now makes a copy of your current config and adds a line for the filepicker. That should prevent any side effects like changing your system theme.
