the const string SQL_FORMAT_CREATE_INSTALLATION_PROCEDURE values do not work for OLTP Tables. So when the new SqlDependencyEx() command uses OLTP tables the CREATE TRIGGER did not work!
Any idea how it can be made working? The TSQL cmd BEGIN DIALOG is not a valid one for natice compiled sp...
