Add a section for monitoring in docs

Hi Team, I am one of the maintainers of OpenLIT and we support Obserability for Agents built using dynamiq, It is all OpenTelemetry-native so the traces and metrics can be sent to any platform like Grafana or any OSS OTel tools

Figured the mention here might be useful for developers building agents with dynamiq considering how important event tracking is for agents, hence looking for a way to add a section in Documentation for Monitoring. I dont see any way yet to contribute to Docs though so if someone could explain, it will be really helpful
