Feature Request - Allow failure count parameter to convert over as well

Hi Team, I recently rolled this out on a client to convert 950+ ping monitors with success. The only caveat we ran into is the retry on failure settings did not carry over and defaulted to generating a new problem card for every failed monitor which led to an influx in alerts. We have fixed this manually for the time being we would like to see these settings ported over automatically in future releases of this.
