Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we don't have any e2e tests for the mobile app.

Describe the solution you'd like
Detox seems to be the best option for e2e testing in Expo environment, we can also add it to the development workflow and we can even test it on both iOS and Android.
