Visual effect during query execution #125

Status quo: while the query is being execute:

the cursor is changed to Busy
Status bar shows that the query is being executed
toolbar has active "Stop" button

These can be used by an experienced user, however if we have some animation (like some progress in the status bar), it would be useful

dzmipt added the enhancement label
