Display Contact Image when displaying a contact

Images of a contact would add a nice touch when viewing a list of contacts with birthdays. Image is available on the Contact type.

Does the contact API provide a generic letter or something if there isn't an image?

@rorpage I don't know, good question. If it doesn't we could build a custom component to do that. Using a nice custom font and color to achieve that effect, using the first letters of the contact's first and last name. Might be a fun one to work on. I created #18 to bring in some nice looking fonts.
