How to ban IP by visiting specific url ?

I would like to create some "famous" WP page like wp-login.php and block any IP that is trying to see this file.

For now, I got this code. Could somebody check it? What do you think about this idea?

Or at least adding button Ban this IP button on dashboard - when you see who is online.

Well, i used to used a third party script, and it worked automaticaly very well...
Before i had a lot of bots registring in my site, and had to manually mark them as banned, and after i set up that third partye script, i had no such work...
If you gonna have a button to manually ban every IP that cames to your site, you won't do anything else...
It's an Herculean job...

Just my two cents...
