Self-hosted runner

Add a self-hosted runner to the database repository which holds the json files as described here. Next, install the FTS3-Client as described in the readme and create a file at /home/ubuntu/.API_KEY and insert API_KEY=YOUR_CHOSEN_API_KEY.
