Allow importing abilities and items as items

Sadly it is relatively unlikely to be done, especially in the near future. There are a ton of issues I would have to figure out (like how to handle different item types in different systems with all the different fields they might have, or how to handle updates that are done in Foundry vs updates that are done in Kanka) and since I don't use this module as much myself anymore I plan to keep it alive for the foreseeable future but not add a ton of new (big) features. That being said, never say never, so who knows what the future may hold.
