Pubs should have a customizable message on their web homepage.

This could be a config option (see #5 config management) or maybe a directory you can put HTML files into.

There's now --title and --notes command line flags which let you add an info box to your pub homepage:

A fun next step would be to allow custom CSS. It would be awkward to use from a command line flag but would be easy to use from code, e.g. see example.js
