Files and folders delwted. Request to recover back up

Dear sir

Iam a bachelor dedicated volunteerily my life in a spiritual organisation. I am a non earing person. I have been using Writer P since last 5 years. Yesterday I lost my all files and folder in Writer P App. My all five years important work have been lost. I want to recover my all files and folders. What can I do? What is the procedure to get all files and folders back? Please help to get this back to me. I will be thankful to you sir. 🙏

I'm not optimistic that anybody will respond to this and I haven't seen comments to other issues but I'll say the following My problem is similar to yours but a little stranger. By way of qualification I'm in South Carolina I've been using this program for quite a while and it's been very successful on an older Samsung Note 8 and appears to still be working ) but a new phone from Samsung running a 5G Network Falls and folders are not being saved or if they're saved it's not reliable . The new phone has enough graded Android operating system and it appears that the right program is also updated I can only guess that the combination of the two probably an updated write program Has a Glitch since they stopped writing it I think in 2018. regrettably this very good program may no longer be functioning . if anybody finds an answer to this problem we would greatly appreciate it.
