七牛上传两次选择同一文件会自动提交，并且会跳过报错提示 #136

选择一个abc.jpg文件后，若再次选择同一个文件
正常情况（非七牛配置）会提示不允许选择重复的文件
可是在配置七牛环境后，上诉情况在提示重复文件后，接着直接上传文件
