The simplest and cheapest of the three is just a plain USB breakout board, connecting a USB type C receptacle to a JST SH header for the main keyboard.
- USB type C
- SRV-05 TVS on the USB data lines for ESD protection
- 5 pin JST SH header connecting to the main keyboard PCB
- Connector J1: USB-C connector (HRO TYPE-C-31-M-12)
- Connector J2: USB output to main PCB, JST SH (SMD, horizontal, 5 Pins. Pin1: GND, Pin2: D+, Pin3: D-, Pin4: +5V, Pin5: VBUS detection)
