remove gitlab-api to reduce the dependencies

I had a look in the dependencies and wondered if this may can be reduced.

this would remove gitlab-api

How has this been tested in past?

I don't understand why we need to replace a well-maintained library with our own implementation.

Because we replace 6MB dependencies for 3 requests on a rest api.

And we can use the in Attribute in the issue filter to request the issued ditect by seach in title.

Taking on additional technical debt to replace a supported library isn't a priority of the project.
