[enhancement] Deprecate the In-Vehicle Digital Twin Service

Description

The Digital Twin Registry Service is a replacement for the In-Vehicle Digital Twin Service. Once other components can use it instead of the In-Vehicle Digital Twin Service, then we should deprecate the In-Vehicle Digital Twin Service.

Removal of the In-Vehicle Digital Twin Service will also make Ibeji more applicable to other industries, as it will not appear specific to the Automotive industry.
