Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed.

When trying to perform this upgrade, I ran into issues where the types in the GRPC interceptor service were coming from the current versions (e.g. http-body = 0.4.5) instead of the updated versions (e.g. http-body = 1.0.0). After further investigation it looks like tonic does support these new versions: hyperium/tonic#1307
