0. Soft feature freeze, -6 weeks before the release (still need to be defined exactly what it is)
1. Feature freeze, -4 weeks days before the release date
2. Integration & test phase (e.g. ROS), -4 weeks till 0 days before the release
3. Documentation phase, -4 weeks till -14 days before the release date
4. Release validation phase, -14 days till 0 days before the release date
5. Release date 🎉
