I think you just need to scroll in the navigator of changed file in the left column. Rectangle is at the bottom, not visible by default depending on your browser and resolution I guess. This is probably an issue worth reporting to GitHub support directly. |

I am now seeing a scrollbar in the space between the file/directory tree and the code section and I can see the 4th file through scrolling. |

This was strange and noticeable. When I looked at the page

And scrolled the page down to where you see the lines "Filter files" and "4 files changed", the directory/file tree (on the left) is only showing 3 files and not the file "Rectangle.java" despite the changes to it.
(I am also aware that today is the first of April, but I doubt any such connection)
