Description

Suggestion: Apply formatting to upload.csv (for BPNA / BPNS creation) in order to more clearly communicate which fields are mandatory and which optional.

  • Because .CSV files are usually plain ascii or UTF-8 formatting might not be possible. In this case including (MAN) and (OPT) as a pre- or suffix to the table headings might be an alternative.
  • If changing the headings is too much of an effort, including the strings mandatory and optional in the row of example data may be valid.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [Optional cells are easily made out]
  • [Mandatory cells are easily made out]
  • [mandatory and optional cells differ from each other greatly]

My initial request was to reduce the information needed to a minimum to provide a better user experience. the idea from the BPDM EG was to provide the option to fullfill all requested information of the golden record process in the csv file .
as the template is served by bpdm it would be necessary to clarify the adjustments with them .

@Sebastian-Wurm / @maximilianong could you provide a contact for this ?
