Separate notice for docker images #115

Please create separate notice for docker images following TRG 4.06.

Currently the notice for docker images is present in the README.md, the requirement is to have it in separate file, close to Dockerfile and be published in dockerhub.

Hi @tunacicek

The notice for docker image should be placed close to Dockerfile, in your case in backend dir.

Also, you should still maintain required information in the README.md like License, contact information, as per https://eclipse-tractusx.github.io/docs/release/trg-1/trg-1-1/.
