Add audio device selection facility

Some scenarios might need the audio to be output on other than the default device. Please add the ability to specify the audio device string in the config.yaml file. For normal use, selection between Auto (HDMI with HDMI display, and headphones with comp vid display), and headphones (always headphones irrespective of display) should be selectable grom the GUI.
