Came upon the same issue today. Doesn't look like there'll be an update though.
However, @eugene-markov created a pull request for this issue: #4

I've tested it out and it seems to resolve the issue. So thanks alot @eugene-markov!

Though to be careful with it. This project seems to be unmaintained, no clue what other issues might be present nowdays..
