Switch to Netlify for website deployment

As we had some issues with the website deployment that needs to be in a docs/ folder to be deployed. Why wouldn't we use Netlify to deploy it from another folder with a more accurate name?

Pros:

• Easier and smoother deployment as Netlify is taking care of everything
• More accurate and easy to read folders architecture (get rid of docs/ that can be confused with documentation/ for contributors)

Cons:

• Add another pipeline to the project
• Use another external tool
