Consolidate EDAM Editors with bio.tool Thematic Editors

More specifically Veit, I think we should contact the named EDAM Editors and see if they're interested in become Thematic Editors. To be honest, we had some nice contributions, but the EDAM Editors idea didn't fulfill its potential, certainly in part because of lack of my bandwidth to push it
