Investigate if expressInstall.swf can be hosted via Google AJAX Libraries API (from SWFObject 2.2 onwards)

For SWFObject 2.1 hosting is not going to work. As a part of issue #136 [
http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/issues/detail?id=136 ] we still
need to build in that the allowScriptAccess parameter is inherited. This
will be included in the 2.2 release.

We will need to ask the folks at Google if they don't mind hosting our SWF
files as well. Also there will be more than 1 'debug version', because we
will have both an AS and FLA file as the source.
