What makes the (primitive) Class definition related to "students" ?

For counter-example, the Green Loan has hasContractualElement someValuesFrom GreenProjectUseOfProceedsProvision

@riannella We plan to add additional constraints, but have not had use cases / competency questions related to student loans that would provide the needed abstractions to date.
