✨ Make activity content configurable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The content that's being send / stored with the activity should be configurable instead of based on a few hard coded property names

Describe the solution you'd like
The mvp version would be that the config items used are settings
The better version would be that it is overridable per project, not everyone wants to post only text
