This folder essentially acts as a lab notebook / research journal.

protocol for adding an entry

• .Rmd extensions only
• in the YAML header, output: github_document
• push the .Rmd document, AND any generated output files, such as plots, which will be stored in an auto-generated folder upon knitting, whose name should match the .Rmd filename.
