[BUG] Pooled actor first register invoke bug #227

Describe the bug
We cant invoke pooled actors after registering it for the first time using persistent lookups controller.

To Reproduce

  1. clear lookups table
  2. register pooled actor
  3. invoke pooled
  4. infinite actor not found retry
  5. stop proxy
  6. start proxy again
  7. register pooled actor
  8. invoke pooled
  9. success invocation

Expected behavior
Register a pooled actor and invoke it right after working
