there is an hardcoded .zip extension for every artifact being uploaded to EB (s3 bucket).
I am deploying a Dockerrun-aws-json file and its being upload to EB as Dockerrun-aws-json.zip

Ok, didn't know you could deploy only a json file. I might add support for that in later versions if there's enough interest.
