Deactivate/rename search by Dozent/in

What I did:

• Be in my own course and create a playlist by "copying existing"
• use the search bar to search by "Dozent/in" and choose a name from the list of recommendations/options that is given to me (I have no idea how this list is created, and who appears in it, it does not follow any recognizable logic to me)
• instead of Videos by that Dozent/in, I get shown Videos of myself (that I am owner of?) from courses that I might share with the selected Dozent/in? I think?

Since this means that the search is only really useful if someone has actively given me rights to their videos (probably made me an owner?), it might be best to deactivate it (at least for the beginning of the V3 publication), to avoid confusion

Alternatively we could somehow rename it to "Freigebende/r" (ideas welcome)
