As a follow-up to elastic/elasticsearch#123102, we need to change the version of the Stack Monitoring indices that Metricbeat creates when sending Stack Monitoring data.

When running Stack 9.0.0 and monitoring the stack components with Metricbeat, all data streams are still named .monitoring-<product>-8-mb and we should change them to .monitoring-<product>-9-mb
