Describe the enhancement:

As a follow up to #2500, we should have elastic-agent status and elastic-agent diagnostics include the presence/absence of the installation file marker.

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:

Supportability. With #2500, the installation file marker became the method by which Elastic Agent internally decides if it is running in an installed state or a non-installed state. Knowing this is useful for diagnosing certain issues, e.g. socket connectivity issues between Agent and its components.
