Currently all the rules are created (and enabled) then all the documents are ingested at maximum speed. The test then waits for the detection engine to scan all the ingested documents and all the signals to be generated. This generates an activity peak that sometimes introduces transient errors in CI/CD VMs or unreliable outcome on serverless.
