Expand standalone agent input settings docs with example, list of types

The standalone agent Inputs settings docs need:

• a logs example to compliment the metrics example: Add logging configuration example to the Configure inputs page #489
• descriptions of available input types: Add list of Elastic Agent inputs for standalone configuration #561

This is important especially for Serverless users.
