In order to avoid situations when users trigger alerts to the wrong/irrelevant slack channels, as part of the connector setup the user should be able to define a list of slack channels that are valid as target channels for actions. (optional config)
When channels are defined, those will be the only available values in the slack action congif

Currently, all the channels are exposed in the actions
