Description
Buttons has to have a name in order for the user to understand what it will do when clicked(pressed). Especially for the user using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Stateful App Search -> Engines -> Curations page is opened (Manage curations).
Engine is added.
Curation is added.
Results are promoted.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Using only keyboard navigate to Drag handle button by pressing Tab key in Promoted results section.
2.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

  • Only "button" is announced.

Expected Result

  • Button is announced with name: "Drag handle button".
