Description
It is enough for user to hear the same information once upon reaching element. In this case title of the search element.
Especially for the users using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Stateful App Search -> Engines -> Documents page is opened.
Engine is added.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Filter documents field by pressing Tab key.
2.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

  • Announcement is duplicated: "Filter documents edit Filter documents... blank".

Expected Result

  • Only element is announced for the user without duplication: "Filter documents edit blank".
