Description
Charts should be accessible for the users using only keyboard and/or assistive technology as well.

Preconditions
Stateful App Search -> Engines -> Overview page is opened.
Engine is added.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Using only keyboard navigate to chart by pressing Tab key.
2.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

• Charts are inaccessible via keyboard, they are not announced for the user.

Expected Result

• Charts can be reached with keyboard and they are announced for the user (at least some caption about the chart, alternative text).
