**Elasticsearch version:**8.8.0 Snapshot

Browser version: Chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from snapshots

Describe the bug:

I upgraded from 7.17.x to 8.18.0 and I had 113 indices which needed reindexed. Two of them display old data stream with compatibility version less than 8.0 and no remediation steps.

One of them is .logs-deprecation.elasticsearch-default.

Spoke to Robert today and understood datastreams don't show up in indices. Will close this issue once upgrade assistant UI shows me remediation steps. Cheers!
