Describe the feature:
We are able to specify Agent policies in the kibana.yml. It would be great to also be able to register Synthetics private locations there directly as well.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
In ECK, we are able to specify Kibana configuration, but Saved objects are not available to be specified.
