Description
It should be clear for the user on what element he/she is at the moment. Also user should be aware of changes when expanding, collapsing element. Especially for the ones using assistive technology.
Preconditions
Security -> Explore -> Users page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).
Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to Inspect button.
2.Press Enter.
3.Navigate to Request, Response tab.
4.Navigate to codeblock.
5.Expand, collapse codeblock.
6.Observe page and screen reader.

Also, it is clearly announced that it was expanded or collapsed accordingly when user press Enter on Expand/Collapse button, without strange announcement mentioning "clickable main landmark...".
