[Request]: Test and update the docs about viewing alerts

Description

While making updates for 8.12, I noticed that some of the options in the Actions menu were not documented in the topic about viewing alerts. It's possible the missing content has been added in the interim, but I should test and update the topic as required.

Validate other alerting topics as time allows.
